"We met in college at the University of Indianapolis, where we eventually decided to build our life together in the city. Ariana moved to Indianapolis a year after graduating college, and Braden moved with her from Crawfordsville, Indiana where he finished his degree a year later. Our wedding day was more perfect than we could ever imagine. Our ceremony felt like a story out of a fairytale book, and our reception was one out of a romantic film. We shared the most magical moments with all our guests as you feel and see all of the love in the room. We couldn’t have asked for a better day filled with love and laughter and so much happiness. We are so glad we had Cody and Kendra to give us a chance to relive many of those moments with the pictures they captured!"

Ariana & Braden had the rare opportunity to have the space entirely to themselves for portraits, which allowed for breathtaking shots, including reflections of Monument Circle captured through the State House windows. What advice would you give to other couples planning their wedding day?


"Don’t feel like you have to meet the expectations of others - it’s your day, it’s your decisions that are importance and no explanation is needed to anyone! Yes small details can be important, but at the end of the day, PLEASE don’t stress about them too much as you most likely won’t notice the day of! ENJOY THE DAY! Nothing is worse than an upset bride or groom! Make the bright of things, expecting perfection will only disappoint you and make your day not special."



The Grand Hall At Crowne Plaza - Union Station The Grand Hall At Crowne Plaza - Union Station is another one of my favorite venues for Downtown Indianapolis Wedding Photography. It’s a place where elegance meets history, with its iconic stained glass windows and grand interior design. Ariana & Braden took advantage of the versatile space, sharing their private vows beneath the stained glass windows before celebrating with friends and family. The highlight of the reception was the couple’s spontaneous dance party, complete with fun poses on the bar. You can find more information about this venue at Crowne Plaza Union Station.

What was your favorite moment from your day?


"There were so many to choose from, our whole day was filled with special moments and it’s hard for us to pinpoint one aspect. The moments we loved the most were our private vows and the private last dance! We loved both special moments where we only got to experience those moments together!"



Capturing Unforgettable Moments Despite the rain, Ariana & Braden’s day was filled with warmth and joy. Having stunning indoor venues saved the day, and we made the most of the rainy weather by capturing romantic umbrella shots that added to the story of their day.
